RainTree Peruvians by necessity must be kept small due to traveling through the US to many Peruvian horse shows during the show season.  RTP horse do not make it into the show ring very often, and we never show more than 2 or 3 horse per show.  Mostly they are shown by women and junior riders even in the tough Texas shows they hold their own.  Last year twice an amateur rider had to be found for RTP Thor at the show.  Both times the riders, young women under 20 yrs of age, rode him to a champion of champion win.  As you can see we do not bring the top riders in the breed to show our horses, or import riders from Peru, if you are looking for a horse that you can ride and be competitive call RainTree for their sales lists. 817-594-1597
